Terms of use

Draft for legal review. These terms describe the Simtelligence pilot. They are not a finished customer agreement and they have not been reviewed by counsel. Simtelligence Technology Inc., incorporated in Alberta, offers the pilot.

The service

Simtelligence is a discrete-event simulation workspace. You build a queueing model, run replications, and read results with confidence intervals. An assistant can edit a model only through the same operations the product exposes to people and to MCP clients.

The pilot has no billing and no paid plan. Limits on runs, replications, simulated duration, concurrent jobs, assistant messages, and storage may apply. A platform admin can change them per organization.

Accounts

You need an account. Microsoft sign-in can be limited to named tenants. A password sign-in may stay available as a break-glass. You are responsible for the tokens you create. A token can only see the workspace that created it. Viewers cannot edit, run, or chat.

Your models

You keep the models and results you put in the workspace. You give Simtelligence permission to store and process them so the product can run. Do not put personal health information, or other information you are not allowed to upload, into a model or a chat message.

Acceptable use

Do not try to break into another organization, overload the service, or use it to harm someone. Rate limits and quotas are part of the service. We may suspend an account that abuses the pilot.

No warranty

The pilot is offered as a demonstration. Results are statistical estimates from the assumptions in the model. They are not a forecast you should treat as operational fact. The service may change, sleep when it is idle, or be unavailable.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Simtelligence is not liable for decisions you make from a simulation, or for loss of a model. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending use

You can stop using the pilot at any time. We can end the pilot. Export a finished run to PDF or Excel if you need a copy.
